All color correction services require a mandatory in-person consultation prior to scheduling your appointment. This ensures we assess your hair’s current condition, discuss realistic goals, and create a customized plan. A deposit of $100 is required to secure your color correction appointment. This deposit will go toward your total service cost. The deposit must be paid at the time of booking following your consultation. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice. After two rescheduling incidents, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be cancelled. Cancellations after 48 hours and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
